• We will acquaint you with the communities and neighborhoods of our service areas. You will gain valuable knowledge of schools, churches, hospitals, shopping facilities, park district programs, public transpiration and municipal services.

• We will apprise you of the availability of properties which fit your needs as they become available in our local market area.

• By keeping you abreast of the market and showing you homes which satisfy your needs, we will assist you in developing a knowledge of housing availability and relative home values.  This knowledge will be of great value to you when you purchase your home.

• We will respond honestly and accurately to your questions regarding any property. Furthermore, we will disclose all material facts about any property which have been disclosed to us.

• As your real estate professional, we will help you determine how much home you can afford to buy. We will apprise you of a variety of financing plans and assist you in determining which plan best fits your needs. If you wish, we will arrange for you to meet with a lender who may be able to "prequalify" you for a mortgage.

• We will present your offer to purchase when you are ready to buy.

• We will guide you through the entire home buying process--through selection, purchase, negotiations, financing and closing.

• Please note, however, if we are an agent for the seller. As such, we have a fiduciary relationship with the seller and are, therefore, obligated under Illinois law to market a seller's property for its best terms.

• We encourage you to seek legal counsel for all your real estate transactions.  If you do not have counsel, we will provide you with a list of attorneys who handle real estate matters.

• We will offer all properties for sale without regard to race, creed, sex age religion or national origin.
